Tokyo, July 2023 – Japan External Trade Organization or JETRO backs Minnapad, a create-to-earn DAO launchpad and NFT marketplace connecting renowned Japanese creators with fans.
JETRO backs Minnapad for its potential to encourage the cultural content production and expand its influence while fostering Web3 technological innovation. Tatsuya Nishioka, CEO and Founder of Minnapad expresses: “We are excited to receive support from JETRO.”

Notably, part of JETRO’s support is to showcase Minnapad at the Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX), one of the biggest technology exhibitions in the Middle East. Minnapad will soon plant its exposure in Dubai, a strategic market where the East and West meet. Thousands of visitors and tech enthusiasts attend GITEX every year.
JETRO Backs Minnapad Bringing Japanese Pop Culture to the World
Recently, Japan has been strategically positioning the country as a leader in Web3 innovation. Aligned with the national goal, Minnapad aims to be at the forefront of the Web3 industry and ramp up culture content production.
More importantly, Minnapad empowers fans and enthusiasts to actively participate in creating and owning exciting new intellectual properties through collaborative DAO communities. Mega Man’s Ex-Producer Keiji Inafune and Ex-Director of the Tekken game series Seiichi Ishii were the first two Japanese legends confirmed to spearhead a DAO with the web3 startup.
Of note, both the Keiji Inafune DAO and Seiichi Ishii DAO will open opportunities to collaboratively shape legendary DAO projects and gain ownership of thrilling new projects in collaboration with reputed Japanese artists.
